A new client has been added to the portfolio of ANTENNA Communication Consultants.
This new client is ELA (European Labour Authority). ELA has been created to help Member States and the European Commission to ensure that EU rules on labour mobility and social security coordination are enforced in a fair, simple and effective way.
The ELA assignment includes: the organization of events in various cities of Greece; the events’ on-site management; the provision of AV, technical and other equipment; special services such as simultaneous translation and interpretation during the events and during inspections of mixed teams of inspectors (Greek and foreign) etc.
In 2024, five events were organized in Athens (the first at the Hellenic Chamber of Commerce & Industry and the other four in a central hotels in Athens). One of the events of 2024 was ELA National Event with the presence of ELA’s Executive Director, Mr. Cosmin Boiangiu and the Deputy Minister of Labour and Social Security, Mr. Kostas Karagounis. In the same year ANTENNA coordinated the provision of interpretation services in inspections in Athens and Thessaloniki of heavy trucks of road freight transport in EU. In 2025 similar events were organized in Patra and Thessaloniki and more on-site interpretation services in various languages were provided during inspections of Greek and foreign inspectors. ANTENNA received repeatedly congratulations by ELA for its services.
